Rates for Individual Families and Reunions

Reid Ranch will provide food and lodging charged for how many nights guests stay.  Cost/person/night is determined by the total number of people (not counting infants) in your group and their ages.

* For the Tabby Mountain Lodge, the Basic Price Chart is for guests who will be filling each room with 5-6 people.  For less guests in a room, please see the extended pricing below.

Nightly rates for family groups in our Tabby Mountain Lodge are based on the total number of persons in the group (not counting infants),* the number of persons in each room (not counting infants),* and the age of each person.

Policies

Sharing of Ranch Facilities:

Several groups may have to share facilities such as swimming pool areas and the Tabby Mountain Lodge.  Groups of 80 or more staying at the Tabby Mountain Lodge may reserve that space for themselves. 1  Groups of 300 or more may reserve the entire ranch for themselves.  Groups must have a minimum of 25 persons to reserve the Red Creek Lodge, and a minimum of 35 persons to reserve both sides of the Bunkhouse.


1 When a family group requests to reserve the whole Tabby Mountain Lodge they pledge to have a minimum of 80 paying guests.  If their numbers fall below 80, three options are presented: a) they may no longer reserve the whole lodge to themselves and the number of rooms will be assigned by management, b) they may use the Extended Pricing and specify the number of rooms desired, or c) may retain the whole lodge for their group and will be charged the ADULT RATE for each guest short of 80.

Damages/Reservation Payments:

A deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost is a required up front to hold your reservation.  The full balance is due 30 days before your arrival, and a credit card will be held on file in case of damages to Ranch property.  Once your final payment has been paid, no more than one month prior to your arrival, your group’s Rotation Schedule will be emailed to your group leader.

Changes to Reservation:

Changes must be made only by the point of contact on the invoice and made over the phone with our office, 801-486-5083 or 1-800-468-3274, by the time constraints listed below.

Additional guests may be added up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival and payment for them is due at such time.  No payment is taken at Reid Ranch for food or guests.  Please remember there are no refunds given for any subtractions to your group’s numbers after the 30 days prior to arriving.  Also, no additional guests are allowed on the ranch other than those who have been paid for in full up to two weeks prior.  All names of individuals must be submitted on the Guest Roster to obtain entry to activities and meals.  No refunds are given for any loss or detriment caused by Acts of God.

Cancellation Policy—
Group and Individuals:

If cancellation of a family group is received before 150 days, only $200 of the 20% will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 150 days or less, one-quarter of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 120 days or less, half of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 90 days or less, three-quarters of the deposit will be forfeited.  If cancellation is received 60 days or less, all of the deposit will be forfeited.

You may subtract individuals from your group up to 30 days before your arrival when the final payment is due.  Be aware that if you subtract people you may fall into a smaller group size bracket and have to pay more per person.  Please see the price charts to compare group sizes.
