Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use are intended to inform you of the acceptable use of this website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Description of Services
The Site provides information about our guest ranch. The Site collects information about you through contact forms and as part of our business process to help ensure your reservation is smooth, your stay is planned, and you can focus on your Reid Ranch adventure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time.
User Responsibilities
Once you have penciled in a reservation, you are responsible for watching for a reservation packet in the mail and completing the reservation form and returning it with a 20% deposit to hold your reservation. Around 60 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a packet containing a Vacation Guide and a note card outlining additional expectations.
The Vacation Guide will provide important information to help you plan your adventure. Your final group totals and remaining balance are due 30 days prior to your arrival. You must also complete the damage deposit assurance form (see your invoice) with your credit card information. At that time, you will receive your activity rotation schedule by email.
Two weeks prior to your arrival, you must complete both the Guest Roster and the Dietary Form. All guests must complete and sign a waiver through SmartWaiver prior to arrival. Waivers will be matched with the roster during your orientation meeting upon arrival.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Reid Ranch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission, except for items available on our Downloads page.
We encourage you to download and distribute copies of our guest booklet, vacation guide, directions to the ranch, and activity map.
Payments
All payments are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which can be found at the bottom of our group rates pages (Family Group Rates, Youth Group Rates, and Business Group Rates).
