Sharing of Ranch Facilities

Large groups may reserve the entire ranch for their exclusive use; however, Reid Ranch typically hosts multiple groups at the same time. To ensure that all groups have an opportunity to participate in activities, we create a rotation schedule with assigned time slots for each group for the main activities.

Rotation Schedules

Rotation schedules are sent to each group after final payment is received or 30 days prior to arrival, whichever is later. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

There is often overlap within these schedules because some activity venues have limits on the number of participants per time slot. Larger groups are typically divided into smaller groups, with some participants attending one activity while others attend a different activity.

During periods when a group is not scheduled for a specific activity, additional free-time activities are available and are listed on the rotation schedule. Click here to view a sample rotation schedule.
