We only have access to and collect personal information (such as your name, telephone number, or email address, collectively, “Personal Information”) that you voluntarily give us via several web forms on this website. All forms on the Site, when submitted by you, will route through our internal email server to the appropriate persons. We utilize point-to-point encryption through this entire process. Sensitive or confidential information (such as your credit card for the damage deposit) is further stored in an encrypted folder.
