Swingin’ ME Dining Hall
The Swingin’ ME Dining Hall is where guests gather to enjoy three hearty, buffet-style meals for each night of their stay. Located next to the Bunkhouse, it’s a central place for groups to connect, relax, and refuel between activities.
Meal times are scheduled on the hour or half-hour, as outlined below. Your group will receive a personalized Rotation Schedule with assigned meal and activity times 30 days prior to arrival, or after final payment is received — whichever comes later.
If anyone in your group has special dietary needs, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible. Please have your group host complete the “Dietary Form” at least two weeks prior to your stay so our kitchen team can prepare accordingly.

Lunch: Hamburger & Hot Dogs, Chips, Potato Salad, Carrot & Celery Sticks, Assorted Fruits
Dinner: Parmesan Chicken, Primavera Rice, Chef Vegetables, Salad Bar, Dinner Rolls, Tomato Basil Soup, Ice Cream
Breakfast: Country Biscuit and Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Patties, Toast & Bagels, Cold Cereal, Fruit
Lunch: Fajitas (Chicken or Beef), Mexican Rice, Tacos, Chips & Salsa
Dinner: Country Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Green Beans, Garden Mix Salad, Corn Bread, Ice Cream
Breakfast: Ranch Potatoes, Scrambled Eggs, Link Sausages, Apple Sauce, Cut Bananas, Hot & Cold Cereal, Toast
Lunch: Deli assorted sandwiches (choice of turkey, roast beef, or ham), cheeses, potato salad, chips
Dinner: Penne pasta with chicken, Alfredo & meat marinara sauces, garlic toast, Italian vegetables, Caesar salad, chicken noodle soup, ice cream
Breakfast: French toast, scrambled eggs, link sausages, fruit cocktail, cut bananas, cold cereal
Lunch: Chicken patty sandwich, potato salad, chips, fruit, carrots & celery sticks, apple sauce
Dinner: Tri-tip steak, baked potato bar, corn, green beans, butternut squash soup, dinner rolls, ice cream
Breakfast: Hash browns, scrambled eggs, link sausages, fruit, hot & cold cereal, toast
