The Bunkhouse accommodates up to 54 guests and features two separate dorm-style rooms, each sleeping 26–28 guests in bunk beds within a shared common space. Each dorm includes its own bathroom facilities.

The Bunkhouse is a popular choice for youth groups, though groups may also choose to stay in the lodges or camping area.

Co-ed youth groups must have a minimum of 30 guests to reserve the Bunkhouse, allowing the space to be divided into separate Boys and Girls dorms. Single-gender groups may reserve one or both dorms depending on group size.
